I’m Devon (he/they) — a therapist, nurse, and human-first consultant who helps people and organizations navigate change with compassion, clarity, and courage.

I support individuals, leaders, and teams who want to do things differently — who want to feel more whole, more grounded, and more connected.

Humans deserve better than survival mode — and systems can be redesigned to support them.

I’ve worked in a lot of systems — public health, hospitals, long-term-care, community mental health, and even factories.
The thing that stayed with me wasn’t the chaos or the pressure.
It was the people.
People doing their best inside systems that weren’t built for humans.

Standard organizational rates:
- $225–$250/hour consulting
- $650–$900 half-day sessions
- $1,200–$1,800 full-day facilitation
- Project-based flat-fee packages available
Nonprofit & grassroots rates:
- $150–$200/hour
- $450–$700 half-day
- $850–$1,300 full-day
Pricing is collaborative—we discuss your capacity, goals, and constraints to build something sustainable and realistic.
