During the consultation we will talk a bit about the logistics of working together, the type of therapy I provide, what brings you to therapy, and answer any questions you have.

At the end of the consultation we can talk about what next steps might look like and if we feel we are a good fit for the process. 

Lastly, I would discuss if you would like to book a session.

Prices range from $150 for an individual, 60 minute session and go up to $250 for sex therapy and relationship/family sessions

*I have limited sliding scale spots for queer & trans folx facing economic barriers, if you believe this is you please email or call. 

*Payments can be made using the janeapp or e-transfer

Unfortunately, psychotherapy is NOT covered by OHIP. 

I do not bill insurance but can provide an invoice for you to submit.

Occasionally, some insurance companies will try not cover Nurse Psychotherapy, if this occurs, I will forward you a letter with my qualifications and supporting literature stating Nurse Psychotherapists are part of the 6 Registered Colleges eligible to provide psychotherapy.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session time for no charge. 

This allows me enough time to offer the spot to another client who may need it.

My fee for a missed session or late cancellation is the full session rate.
